Flexographic
An impressive array of modern, exceptionally well maintained flexo printing presses align our factory. Using only the world’s best presses from Nilpeter, Mark Andy and Focus we are able to print onto a vast range of substrates.
Flexo label printing projects can be undertaken from 1 to 6 colours with reverse printing, full UV or water-based inks, varnishes or laminates and die cut into shapes and sizes of your choice. Finishing is to roll, fan folded packs or individual sheets.
Our ultra competitive print crew can turn around your request exactly as you require, with minimal of fuss.
Hotfoil
Traditional label printers process with finishes such as metallic foils, high gloss or matt coloured foils, consecutive numbering, full or part lamination and self-seal laminates.
Labels can be die cut to a multitude of sizes and finished onto rolls, fan folded packs or individual sheets. The Newfoil presses have been selected and are ideally suited to produce a multitude of specialist labels in either large or small print runs.
Thermal Transfer Bureau
Barcodes, prices, sizing, date, product codes, order numbers and graphics are only some of the variables we can process for you.
We are able handle data from tik, lis, xls etc. and merge the data onto label stock of your choice. The Bureau department specializes in quick turn around with normal single or multi point dispatch in 3-5 days and our express service available in a mere 24 hours from order confirmation.
Digital
With our customers demands changing daily our customers have come to rely on our digital print service for printed labels.
Our Epson driven printers combine the benefits of ultra high quality 1440-2880 dpi digital printing with die cut label applications.
Digital print is ideally suited to small, multi variety print runs or for sample products runs and has the ultimate print benefit in terms of zero origination (plate/cutter) costs.
